This new modern office building is a reinforced concrete structure with an underground car park. For its design, the façade to the road Jägerstrasse was made of two different kinds of stone (natural stone). The glass façade construction of the lift shaft built across a corner is a particular eye-catcher.
There are well-known tenants in the neighbourhood, such as the editor Axel Springer, Credit Suisse AG and Deutsche Kreditbank (DKB) as well as many embassies, the university and authorities.
